“This is still a novel, and a good read although the underlying story is quite alarming. One can understand how easily this type of scenario could happen and the churning of bureaucracy is more about making money than helping people. As well as being a little frightening there is a predictable love story running through the book that takes the sting out of what could easily be a real life situation.
